PWI Brussels Inner Circle Virtual Happy Hour

Creativity, originality and initiative

We live in a world in which change is happening at an ever increasing speed and is becoming more and more exponential. The key skill for the future will be to learn how to develop and use our change mindset to thrive in a reality full of the unknowns.

It’s no longer about being able to anticipate and predict outcomes in very complex situations, it’s also about feeling comfortable taking calculated risks and functioning in a setting where there are often more unknowns than givens.

We need to develop a much more agile and holistic approach to how we see and value ourselves as individuals and professionals, learn to capitalise on our full potential, as we will be asked not only to switch between different roles we have in lives but also to develop new careers and adapt to new circumstances, required from us the ability to learn - unlearn - relearn things constantly.

During the session, we will explore and share our insights on what role curiosity and creativity, amongst others, play in achieving a change mindset, and what else we can do to set ourselves for success!

This session guest speaker: Anna Koj, PWI VP Partnerships & Managing Director Brussels at Mavence
