Gender Balanced Leadership

This page is currently under development: comments welcome.

PWI Brussels shares the mission of PWN Global to accelerate gender balanced leadership in business and society.

But what does this mean? Basically it means that we want to get to 50:50 men and women in leadership positions, which includes not only companies and institutions, but also equal access to factors which improve success for women entrepreneurs. It also means that we want to see equal value (balance) given to the impact on business and society of the different characteristics of emotional intelligence that men and women bring and thus an end to the gender pay gap.

How do we plan to do this? Via support for our individual members in their personal and professional development. Via support for our individual members in their personal and professional development.

  1. Via support for our individual members in their personal and professional development.
  2. Via support for our corporate members in meeting these public policy goals and supporting the business case for diversity and inclusion
  3. Via support for public policies that support women, in particular the UN Sustainable Development Goal No.5: Achieve Gender Equality and Empower all Women and Girls and Target 5.5: Ensure women's full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in political, economic and public life
