Avoiding the quick fix:

Find a long lasting solution to the conflicts that matter in your life.

Are you fed up with conflicts? Do you have the feeling of being surrounded by difficult people and find it exhausting to deal with them? Picture this: a fly trying to get outside by repeatedly crashing against a closed window glass. Not clever, right? But we all do this. Sometimes we try to resolve a problem by insisting on doing more of the same. Why not explore other solutions?

Conflicts can also be looked at differently through the latest management and resolution techniques. In this workshop you will learn:
- why the old school does not work
- the key conflict management principles and
- the most modern collaborative methods with concrete ideas for application.

Go home with a new approach to dealing with relationships and a bag full of practical tips and strategies to calmly and effectively deal with disagreements.

The course will be given by two experts that have joined forces through PWI:
- Mirna Hidalgo, a leadership advisor, conflict management and negotiation expert, will teach you the basic framework and most up to date know-how in this area, and

- Anita Sheehan, an organisational development expert, corporate consultant and personal coach, will tell you how to apply the Appreciate Inquiry methodology to dealing with conflicts and why it works.
