 Ingredients of Inclusive Leadership

PWI Brussels is dedicated to advancing discussions around how we can jointly advance greater gender balanced and inclusive leadership! We are delighted to welcome two exceptional speakers for a session on the Ingredients of Inclusive Leadership who will share insights and reflections from years of experience working on the issue.

Join us on 19 November for an online session and discuss with our guest keynote speakers!

We will listen to the speakers' brief presentations and then open the floor for a Q&A session with the participants, so make sure you bring your questions and reflections with you!

Sonia Tatar, Executive Director, INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, INSEAD Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise

Sonia believes that nothing influences the corporate culture more than leadership. The setting of the right "tone at the top" is the fundamental influence behind what actually pervades and cascades down the organisation. Boards and senior management have a pivotal role to play in steering the guiding values and ethical climate that transcends the organisation. Corporate culture is more than just “key words” displayed in an organization. It encompasses the shared values, attitudes, standards, and beliefs that characterise members of an organisation and define its nature.
