Presented by Helen Dunnett .... online communications consultant

Have you decided to tap into the world of online social networks, but haven't figured out yet how to make them work to your advantage ?

Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions?   How should I make best use of my twitter account?  Who can see what I post on my Facebook page?  What should I NOT post on my LinkedIn account?  Or maybe you don't use any social media tools yet, but would love to get started?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then this presentation is for you.

In today's fast moving society, social media has become an integral part of our daily lives whether on a professional or personal level.  Companies integrate social media into their communications mix, individuals use it to keep up to date with their friends and professional networks.  It can be an extremely useful way of promoting yourself, or finding useful contacts.  However it can also be used by others to find out more about you, so it's important to feel comfortable when using each tool, and discovering what possibilities are open to you, along with the pitfalls of providing too much information.

Helen has years of experience tweeting, blogging, and working with clients to help them create and implement social media strategies.  Why not join Helen and her colleague Diana Zaharia to learn how to survive in today's social media jungle!
