The Secrets of Internal Communication
It is handy for most people to know more about internal communication, i.e. what are the key values, how to communicate in crisis situations, tools,... Whether you’re working in HR or marketing, internal communication may be one of many things you’re asked to handle. If you’re managing a team, however small, some tips and tricks will come in handy. And if none of the above is applicable to you, I’m sure you know someone in HR or marketing who will be grateful to get some free advice from you!
Our Speaker: Elsie van Linthout
Elsie is Account Director and Luna nv/sa company’s manager where she is the day-to-day manager of a team of four Communication consultants. She oversees internal and external communication campaigns and projects and has an advisory role.
Elsie holds a master in Applied (Business) Economics from the University of Leuven and she is acknowledged by EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies) as a Financial analyst.
Prior to becoming a partner at Luna, Elsie was consultant at Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture) and was independently handling accounts at a Belgian PR-agency as PR account manager.
