This presentation will help you understand and recognize the pitfalls of change programs, and provide you with useful insights into what it takes to drive a successful change program.

Based on real life examples and cases, it will show you the mechanics of what is commonly described as “resistance to change” and help you identify similar situations in your organisation, while providing you with tools and techniques to ease people on all levels through the change process.

Jeanne Delaurent

Over the past 20 years, Jeanne has occupied various management positions in large governmental and private companies in Europe, primarily within logistics and industrial sectors.

For the past ten years, she has specialized in corporate Change programs in complex organizations (including company-wide continuous improvement programs such as Lean) before launching her own consulting company in January 2014.

A certified coach, she has developed a pragmatic, hands-on approach to Change management and regularly trains managers and project professionals in change management techniques.
